Local television station KULR-8 is reporting that Scheveck and Salminen Law, the local firm representing the officers, said officers M. Officer Paul LaMantia has resigned from the Billings Police Department after identifying himself as one of the three officers who admitted having sex with a departmental clerk on city property or while on duty. Yellowstone Valley Gives will benefit 100-plus nonprofits
