A few of us did drive over to Paradise Valley on the weekend after Christmas, but most of the photographs were taken pretty close to home\u2014in the case of the old Arcade Bar building, just half a block from home.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>I took the photo of our Forest Service Cabin up Big Creek in the Paradise Valley because at the time Billings had very little snow and it looked like full-on winter up there. Now Billings has plenty of snow and my vehicle probably couldn&#8217;t reach that Forest Service cabin.
