All proceeds will go to support the nonprofit Billings Depot. More information is available on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.billingsdepot.org\/event\/taste-of-billings\/\">the depot website<\/a>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>In advance of the affair, Alexander Clark and Bryce Turcotte of Stodgy, a new creative marketing company in Billings, met\u00a0with the seven chefs who will be serving up the Saturday feast, Turcotte to shoot portraits of them and Clark to ask them to describe the course they will be serving and to ask them\u00a0five questions about food.<\/p>\n<p>Turcotte and Clark donated their services to the Billings Depot and are allowing Last Best News to run the photos and Q&amp;A&#8217;s. Today&#8217;s chef is Jeremy Engebretson, of Lilac.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Course<\/strong>: Transition course from entr\u00e9e to dessert<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description<\/strong>: Served ice cold, we will be dishing up caraway marinated cucumbers with cucumber and Hendricks granita as well as the elements of a French dressing combined to make a paprika aioli garnish.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Five Questions<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>1. <strong>Favorite guilty pleasure food or eatery?<\/strong><br \/>\nWendy\u2019s, not even ashamed.<\/p>\n<p>2. <strong>If you weren\u2019t cooking what would you be doing?<\/strong><br \/>\nContractor or someone that builds things.
