Vince Long recently completed a year-long deep dive into Billings history, and now he’s sharing the fruits of his labor on the internet.
Those fruits consist of 980 hours and 13 minutes of random audio slices of Billings in the 1950s, ’60s and ’70s, though some of the trove also consists of national radio broadcasts recorded in Billings. Continue Reading →










Buildings have a way of disappearing where I live. They rot, burn, atomize and move. I have an aerial photo of the ranch from 1950 or so. On the part of the ranch I call the Fox place there is the cabin that housed Mr. Fox in one end and his horse in the other.
